Can a booking be cancelled?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the service. After that, bookings will be charged. Please contact the ski school office as soon as possible.

Can lunchtime supervision be booked at short notice?
Yes, lunchtime supervision can be booked until 5.00 pm the day before in the online shop or until 9.30 am on the same day in the ski school office.
Do I have to come to the ski school office before the course starts?
No, as long as everything has been paid for, you can go directly to the agreed meeting point.
What is the procedure in case of illness or accident?
Please cancel your lessons as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone at the ski school office.
Is the ski pass included in the lesson?
Which ski pass do I need? provides information on whether and which ski pass must be purchased.
Is the equipment included in the lesson?
No equipment is included in the lessons unless it is explicitly listed. Equipment can be hired in advance from the local sports shops Wasescha Sport Rent or Bananas Sport Shop.
What is the minimum equipment for snow sports lessons?
Helmet, sunglasses or ski goggles and gloves are part of the minimum equipment in addition to the sports equipment and appropriate clothing.
Do lessons also take place in bad weather?
Yes, lessons take place in all weathers.
Are there group lessons at the weekend?
The group courses take place from Monday to Friday. Private lessons are offered at weekends.
Are group courses held in any case?
Group courses with fewer than four participants will be shortened or combined depending on the situation. A complete cancellation is very rare.
What level should the child be placed in?
Ideally according to the instruction plan of the last lesson or alternatively according to: choose correct level.
At the right level, the child will make the most progress and have the most fun.
The group course has already started. How can I move my child to a different level?
If a change of level makes sense, the teacher will take care of this independently and then inform the child and parents.
Can I book individual days of group lessons?
Individual days can be booked by e-mail or by calling the ski school office. During the high season, individual days are only possible in the afternoon.
Please note that the full-week offers are typically significantly cheaper.
When should I join the group courses?
It is best to start on Monday. If you already have some experience, you can also join on Tuesday. It only makes sense to start later by prior arrangement with the ski school office.
Can private lessons be booked in the morning?
Yes, private lessons can be booked in the mornings at weekends. From Monday to Friday mornings, the instructors are fully booked with group lessons, especially during the high season.
